LEMAG INJECTION GmbH specialises in reconditioning fuel injection equipment from L’Orange and other manufacturers of fuel injection equipment for two and four-stroke engines.We are the only authorised service partner for conventional L'Orange injection equipment in Europe.

We recondition single pumps, V-pumps, inline pumps, pump injectors, pump elements, injection valves, and needle and nozzle elements for diesel engines manufactured by MaK, Wärtsilä, MAN B&W, SEMT Pielstick, MTU, Deutz / MWM, Sulzer, Bergen Diesel, Yanmar, Daihatsu, etc. We also offer qualified reconditioning of compressor valves, starting air valves and safety valves.

We have a large stock of exchange parts readily available, not to mention a wide range of modern technology, including the latest test units from L'Orange and IOP Marine, to ensure that all the equipment that leaves our factory is correctly checked and of exceptional quality.

RECONDITIONING OF FUEL INJECTION EQUIPMENT

LEMAG INJECTION carries out repairs of conventional fuel injection systems according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Our close collaboration with L'Orange ensures we are always up to date with the latest technology developments. We can recondition the following products to the highest possible quality standards:

• Single-cylinder injection pumps
• In-line fuel injection pumps
• Connection pieces
• Pump elements
• Injection valves
• Nozzle / needle elements
• Slide valves / needle elements
• Fuel injection components for BHKW operated with regenerative fuels such as biological oil, palm oil, etc.
• Sealing seats for lift stoppers if these breach the manufacturer's guidelines

We can also harden needle seats using gas nitration to extend the life-time of reconditioned needle and nozzle elements, or fit oversize needles on request.

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY PROVEN BY EXAMINATION AND DOCUMENTATION

The LEMAG INJECTION service centre is equipped with modern test units for injection valves, and nozzle and needle elements for two and four-stroke engines to ensure all products meet the highest possible quality standards.

The latest addition to the test units is the IOP VPA 1100-3, which can test all two and four-stroke fuel injection valves, including MAN B&W slide valves, and can print out test results such as the opening pressure and the back leakage time (venting function). In addition, the test results can be transferred to a PC to help us provide our customers with a complete chain of documentation.
