Navaliber specialise in the design and production of systems for marine accommodation, such as wet units, panels, marine fire doors, ceilings A-30, B-15, B-0 and C and A-class doors. Navaliber facilities are located near Vigo, one of the most developed and important areas of the naval industries in Europe. The main aim of Navaliber is to become an international reference in the manufacture and supply of products and systems for marine accommodation.

Navaliber manufactures high quality products certified by Bureau Veritas following the ISO norm: 9001:2000, this guarantees the relevant standards of the complete production procedure, from design to final supply.

Navaliber designs and develops integral solutions for all and every marine accommodation element. The range of products we design and manufacture includes:

• Ceilings: A-30, B-15, B-0 and C
• Fire doors: A30, B15, C, A-60 hinged and sliding
• A class doors
• Wet units or modular toilets: adapted to each project.

Other marine accommodation products include window boxes, panel hatches, wet panels, floating floor, and other tailor-made solutions.

NAVALIBER WET UNITS

Another of Navaliber's areas of focus is wet units. Wet units are supplied fully equipped with all of the required fixtures, ready to fit on board. Wet units are made of five components: a lining panel, ceiling, base, door and accessories. Navaliber manufactures a range of wet units depending on the specification of each project, adapting the dimensions and shapes of each unit to meet the individual requirement of the client.

MARINE FIRE DOORS AND PANELS

Navaliber design and manufacture marine fire doors, including the Navaliber 2NB-15 door and the Navaliber NA-30 marine fire door, all types of A-60 marine fire doors, single and double hinged doors, sliding doors, and semi water tight doors. The range of A-class doors developed and manufactured by Navaliber, complies with the strictest classification requirements of any opening in dividing bulkheads.

Navaliber manufactures A class doors to meet the specific requirements of each application. Depending on the use needs and the dimensions of the door, the A class doors have the capacity to support different elements as windows or hose ports, and are available in a wide range of designs.

Navaliber designs and develops integral solutions for all and every marine accommodation element. The range of products designed and manufactured by Navaliber includes panels, joining and decorative profiles for every accommodation space. We provide the panel Isoliber B-15 (50mm thickness) and the panel Isoliber 25B-15 (25mm thickness) Other possible solutions are wet panels and panel hatches.

A-30, B-15, B-0 AND C CEILINGS

Navaliber manufactures ceilings ( A-30, B-15, B-0 and C) in the form of two different systems, with which the company can fulfil the requirements of any kind of vessel. Our Navaliber B-O false ceiling is a galvanised plate slat ceiling with laquered, PVC or stainless steel finish and rock wool insulation on the upper part.

We also supply the self-supporting Navaliber B-15 ceiling, a ceiling of 50mm thickness panels with high-density rockwool core and galvanised plate, decorated with different finishes. This portable Navaliber ceiling, which is readily and quickly assembled, is classified as B-15 and A-30.
