Pirelli's New Cable Colours

The colours of the outer sheath on Pirelli's marine cables will be harmonized within the group. This means that all cable factories within the group will for the the same type of marine cable have the same colours.
The new colours for the outer sheath will be for the unarmoured as well as the armoured 1kV power and control cables (LM-HF and LSM-HF) black (instead of gray as it is now). The pair twisted telecommunication and control cables (LJST-HF and LJT-HF) will become orange (grey now). All fire resistant cables (LM-FRHF, LSM-FRHF and LJST-FRHF) will remain GREEN as now and all medium voltage cables will remain as red as now.
The change at Pirelli Cables and Systems Oy in Finland will be implemented during September / October.
