CREW MANAGER - ADMINISTRATION SOLUTION FOR VESSELS

CREW MANAGER is an advanced program for handling a large number of administrative tasks on-board a vessel: crew administration, port declarations, rest hour registration, vessel certificate management, etc.

The first Windows-based version was released in 1997 and was the cornerstone of the existing CREW MANAGER program. Throughout the entire history of the program its design and functionality have been changed in close co-operation with the officers that use the program in their daily work.

The latest functionality, the rest hour registration section, has been made in compliance with special EU regulations concerning seafarers' work and resting time and can be adjusted to national and collective agreement-related regulations.

CREW MAIL - VESSEL EMAIL SYSTEM

CREW MAIL is an economic and secure email solution used on-board vessels and fleet units. With this solution, a unique email address can be dedicated to each employee so that a person can change workplace and still keep his/her personal email address.

CREW MAIL uses a data compression method that reduces costs to a minimum. The shipping company is thus able to offer email to its crewmembers without any substantial extra costs for satellite transmission.

LOADSTAR® - VESSEL LOADING COMPUTER

LOADSTAR® is a flexible and efficient Windows-based loading computer system enabling officers on-board the vessels to reduce the workload and improve decision-making.

LOADSTAR® not only meets all classification society requirements, it offers you strength and stability calculations, cargo planning and a wide range of vessel management facilities in a single program.

MAPS - CREW MANNING SOFTWARE

Through IBM's partnership with Manpower Software plc, we offer the MAPS software suite for crew manning, crew HR, on-board duty rosters, STCW, Souls-on-Board and access control.

MAPS is a modular, integrated, end-to-end solution, developed and optimised specifically for maritime requirements. It offers modules for all aspects of crew management and manpower planning, including recruiting, allocating crew onto and off ships, crew travel administration, on-board duty scheduling, security, payroll administration and fleet planning.
