OIL SLUDGE AND SOLID WASTE INCINERATION

OIL SLUDGE AND SOLID WASTE INCINERATORS

Our marine incinerators can be supplied in six different sizes, with energy transformation ranging from 209kW (180,000kcal/h) to 2.3MW (2,000,000kcal/h) – equivalent to burning sludge oil of IMO-composition with 20% water content from 24L/h to 270L/h.

Our marine incinerators can be supplied for incineration of sludge oil only, solid waste only or simultaneous sludge oil and solid waste incineration. They are available with a sluice arrangement for continuous feeding of solid waste in bags of up to 120L.

To support our marine incinerators, we supply a range of sludge-oil treatment tanks and diesel oil tanks.

INCINERATOR SPARE PARTS

Atlas Incinerators are the sole suppliers of spare parts for all types of Atlas marine incinerators.

Various incinerator types have been marketed over the years, such as ATLAS, ASI, ASWI, MAXI and VESTA, as well as HYUNDAI-ATLAS, a licence production by Hundai Marine Machinery Company (HMMCO) in South Korea.

Our spare part files go back to 1974, and we are therefore able to supply spares within hours for all our models, including ASIs, ASWIs, VESTAs, MAXIs, and ATLASs.

Atlas Incinerators is also the sole supplier of spare parts for HYUNDAI-ATLAS incinerators supplied by HMMCO.

INCINERATOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Atlas Incinerators can provide year-round, 24-hour assistance through highly qualified service engineers all over the world. We offer services for:

• Starting up and commissioning of new incinerators
• Major overhauls of incinerators
• Troubleshooting

ATLAS Incinerators can deliver to standards required by all recognised classification societies.

Our marine incinerators have:

• MED (EC type-examination certificate, including IMO requirements issued by DNV)
