EL-TEC ALARM AND MONITORING SYSTEM (EAMS)The (eAMS) has been designed to monitor all engine room-related processes for the use in ships with Unattended Machinery Space (UMS). It can be used in ships of all sizes — classed as well as un-classed. Each system consists of standard hardware and software modules. The system is easy to install, to commission and to change or to extend. These modifications of the system can be carried out at a working system if required, even when the ship is at sea. The eAMS can handle up to 500 alarm points. SECOM MAINTENANCE SYSTEMeL-Tec has thought long and hard about how to maintain your ship in the most cost effective way. What you need first is an information system. eL-Tec and Marasoft in Urk have developed the SECOM maintenance system. Using this system, you can see at a glance (on any PC on board) what is due for maintenance. In the hectic atmosphere of the wheelhouse, it can be crucial to know immediately what part of the ship the alarm is coming from. The eL-Tec system waits on you hand and foot. Every alarm is presented clearly in the format you have chosen. No more guesswork. Just well founded decisions. EL-TEC DOESN’T SUPPLY BIGGER GENERATORSUsing more electricity on board (new equipment, computers etc.) may be leaving you short on power in certain situations. Some very smart, simple solutions are available (such as an isolating switch on the main board or re routing users to other sources). eL-Tec elektrotechnology’s specialist knowledge and experience makes all the difference in tackling these specific electro technical problems.
