A-Gulv Contracting was founded in 1989 and has since been at the forefront of the outfitting and interiors sector of the ship and offshore industries. We have extensive experience of completing interior work on-board rigs and ships during operations.

In cooperation with UAB Lauremija in Lithuania we provide complete outfitting solutions for ships. We can supply all materials and carry out installation onboard all ships and rigs. Our skilled teams of craftsmen are safety trained and certified to work on ships, oil rigs and offshore installations.

Wet spaces

We can repair and upgrade existing wet spaces (bathrooms, etc.), or even install a brand new one, while the vessel is in full operation. One of our solutions is the flatpack module system. This can be installed with little or no disruption to other ongoing activity and operations onboard.

Accommodation containers and modules

In cooperation with Uniteam International, Norway, we supply accommodation modules and containers produced in Klaipeda, Lithuania, to the highest Norwegian standards and quality for offshore products. We supply modern accommodation in various types of containers and modules. We can deliver complete units according to clients' demands and design wishes.

Our offshore team of experts can install the units, connect service lines and complete all tasks onboard our clients' ships, rigs or offshore installations.

Special spray insulation

SpreFix spray insulation secures a safe insulation with many advantages, including:

• Better noise control - structure and airborne sound reduction
• Condensation control - eliminates moist between insulation and steel / aluminum structure
• Excellent thermal comfort insulation without pin setting

Airborne and structure-borne sound reduction

For areas requiring substantial sound reduction, such as offices, telephone boxes, etc, we can construct shielded areas, separate from the main structure, to avoid structure-borne noise. Existing cabins, rest areas and recreational areas can be upgraded to achieve the required standard for noise reduction.

Technical insulation

We carry out all type of technical insulation, including mantling of pipes, ventilation ducts, cool and freezer rooms, etc. We can also insulate and clad technical rooms, engines, etc.

Marine furniture

From the UAB Lauremija factory in Klaipeda, Lithuania, we supply marine furniture from a range of contemporary designs or custom-made to your requirements at very competitive prices. We use high-quality, offshore-approved materials and can design your ideas for upgrades and conversions. We can also supply all the marine furniture for your project including bridge consoles, bunks, wardrobes, tables, chairs and sofas.

Ventilation, sanitary / piping and electrical work

We can carry out electrical work, plumbing and ventilation on-board ships and offshore installations. We work closely with select vendors for supply and installation and we welcome the challenge of providing a customised solution for you.

Cleaning stainless-steel ship fittings

We supply and can carry out the cleaning of stainless steel constructions using Metalloxin and Superclean. These products are approved for use by Statoil and Hydro among others.

Offshore service

Our team of skilled craftsmen and engineers are ready to carry out repair of most problems in accommodation that might appear onboard your vessel, for instance water leakages, cracked sub floors, noise reduction, ventilation, etc. We travel worldwide; no jobs are too small, and hardly any too big.

Asbestos removal

Our team of specialists is EU certified for asbestos removal tasks. They bring the required tools and equipment for carrying out large or small jobs according to rules and regulations for such work.
