METALIKA is an order manufacturing company. Our assignments with custom made interiors and constructions are based on innovation and good traditional workmanship.

Our production program covers three main segments of the nautical sector:

• Custom-made furniture for public areas on cruise ships, ferries and other vessels
• Custom-made furniture for motor and sailing yachts
• Cabin furniture

High quality, cost effective solutions and a focus on customer satisfaction have been our trademarks since the company was established. Metalika has centred on a family tradition in furniture manufacture since 1932.

The production consists of modern woodworking machinery and surface coating appliances. Modern technology combined with good traditional workmanship guarantees that Metalika can meet all customer requirements in the areas of furnishing complex ship and yacht interiors.

Our products are exported to Finland, Nowray, Spain, UK, France, Germany, Croatia, Iceland and others.

CUSTOM-MADE FURNITURE PROGRAM

We supply our custom-made furniture to ship owners, shipyards and turnkey deliverers. We utilise our wide range of experiences and knowledge to provide quality furnishing for casinos, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, shops, receptions and libraries.

Our land building program enables the furnishing of offices, luxury homes, casinos, and pubs.

Our wide range of custom-made furniture is founded on a basis of modern production methods, experience with custom made furniture and appropriate material selection. We utilise the following base materials:

• MDF
• Fibreboard

• Solid wood
• Mineral board (FIPRO)
• Honeycomb

METALIKA use the following covering materials:

• Laminates
• Veneers
• Colorizing (according to RAL, NCS, or customer demand colour)

Wooden surfaces are finished with conventional high quality poliurethan or acrylic lacquering to achieve wood of a naturally beautiful appearance, and protection. We can provide combinations with other materials, such as stainless steel, brass, aluminium, glass, stone (marble and granite), Corian, Kerrock and textiles.

STANDARD MARINE COLLECTION

We provide furniture for crew, officer or passenger cabins, as well as restrooms or ship offices. Our furniture is made from marine quality plywood panels, laminated with laminates according to customer's demands, or veneered and lacquered to meet specific customer requirements.

METALIKA recognise the importance of quality workmanship to give each product a unique appearance and robust life span. The quality of this collection is visible through the smooth lines, combined with traditional solid wood details. METALIKA has the capacity to add personalised features upon request, such as admiral signs, the star of the winds or ship name logo as part of our Standard Marine collection of furniture.

YACHT INTERIORS

High quality teak yacht interiors produced by Metalika can be visible on Skagen motor yachts and Shipman carbon sailing yachts. The Shipman 63 sailing yacht was nominated as yacht of the year in 2006 and has a Metalika-developed interior. We also offer complete yacht refurbishments with our partner companies.
