Restfull Nights - Beds, Mattresses, Chairs and Tables

Established in 1985, specialist UK-based manufacturer Restfull Nights provides an ideal source for all types of contract quality beds, mattresses and mattress covers. A recent development to our range is the manufacture and supply of tubular welded steel and aluminium stacking chairs and tables.

STANDARD AND CUSTOMISED BEDS AND MATTRESSES

You can select from a standard range of proven products, or tailor goods to your specific needs as part of a bespoke package covering size, spring type, fillings and covers. As specialist manufacturers we are able to offer clients a depth of technical expertise that will assist them in selecting the correct product for each activity or market.

We offer mattresses in basic open coil, pocket springs, foam, memory foam, or any combination thereof.

WATER-RESISTANT BED SURFACES

We use the latest materials to help combat infestation of dust mites and resultant hypo-allergenic reactions, etc. These include breathable, water-resistant surfaces to prevent deep soiling and assist in maintaining the highest standards of health and safety throughout the lifespan of your goods.

BED AND MATTRESS DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Our experienced team is able to deliver a fast and effective service to meet all installation requirements, including the disposal of old bed stocks. From large orders, 4,500 mattresses delivered for individual rooms over an eight-week period, to a one-off pocket-sprung mattress delivered to the dockside in Palma, we can provide services for whatever you need.

BS STANDARD APPROVED BEDS AND MATTRESSES

All goods have been designed, manufactured and tested to the following standards:

• BS EN 1725 1998 strength and durability
• BS EN 1334 1996 strength and durability
• BS 7177 1996 medium hazard
• CRIB source 5 fire resistance
• BS 7177 1996 high hazard
• CRIB source 7 fire resistance
• SOLAS, SATRA and National Bed Federation (NBF) standards

In addition, regular testing is carried out to ensure that all goods comply with current EU and BS standards.

We are also now an approved MOD sub-contractor.

We welcome both trade and direct customers and are happy to work in partnership with interior designers and specifiers.

TUBULAR STEEL AND ALUMINIUM CHAIRS AND TABLES

We provide a UK manufacturing base for fully welded tubular steel and aluminium chairs and tables for contract use. We provide over 20 standard models and a bespoke manufacturing facility for major contracts.

Design, fabrication and finishing are completed on one site, providing total control over all elements of manufacture. We also have an existing distribution network throughout Europe.

Our fully welded tubular steel and aluminium chairs and tables are tested by SATRA to:

• BS4875 Part 1 2001 level 5 for contract use
• CRIB 5 and 7
• PAC range level 4 FIRA
