Eide Marine Tech is a worldwide supplier of marine and offshore equipment, including cranes, winches, safety and survival equipment, mooring equipment and accommodation modules and closing gates / straps.

Used equipment is available from both stock and our suppliers at short notice, ensuring that we deliver time-saving and cost-effective solutions. Equipment may be delivered 'as is,' or completely reconditioned and approved by a classification surveyor.

We also offer technical know-how and engineering services, and all our operators have extensive marine and offshore experience.

Lifeboats and rescue boats

Totally enclosed conventional lifeboats (TELBs) range in capacity from 20-person 5m lifeboats to 130-person 10.5m lifeboats. Eide Marine Tech has delivered 106-person capacity lifeboats to several new vessels.

The free fall lifeboats range from 20-person 4.9m lifeboats up to 50-person 8.5m lifeboats.

Our rescue boats range from 4m with outboard engine to 7.5m with inboard diesel engine and water jet propulsion.

Davits / launching appliances

Eide Marine Tech has davits / launching appliances for all our lifeboats, rescue boats and life rafts.

Immersion suits

Eide Marine Tech supplies new immersion suits that conform to the SOLAS 1974 IMO reg. 32-3 regulation, which has been in force since the 1st of July 2006. The immersion suits are approved for use without life jackets.

Closing gates

Eide Marine Tech produces closing gates for the ship, offshore and other industries.

Floating marine cranes

Eide Marine Tech is located on the west coast of Norway, in the heart of the Norwegian oil and gas industry. Our yard facilities are equipped with floating cranes capable of handling large units.
