Instrumatic International - On-board NOx, SOx and O2 monitoringInstrumatic was founded in 1977. The name Instrumatic is a contraction of instrumentation and automation. At first automation equipment was the primary product range but instrumentation for environmental monitoring soon took the lead and Instrumatic came to specialise in gas monitoring for air quality. Since 1980, Instrumatic has manufactured its own product range for the measurement of O2, NOx and SOx in exhaust gas under the registered trademarks OXYTRON® and OXYDAN®. Recently, Instrumatic introduced the new Chemiluminescent NOx monitoring probe for marine diesel engines under the name EZNOx®. All Instrumatic's products are manufactured to meet the highest quality standards and are recognized by long lifetime and the lowest costs of ownership. Instrumatic will go to considerable lengths to reach this and will only accept satisfied customers / references. EZNOX® HEATED CHEMILUMINESCENT DETECTION PROBEThe EZNOx® probe is based on more than 20 years of experience in dilution sampling techniques. Its zero velocity filter technique makes it especially suitable for high dust applications. This heated Chemiluminescent detection probe has its roots in the old well-proven and reliable OXYDAN® dilution probe (DPIII) from the 1980s. The EZNOx® probe renders the use of sample transportation equipment unnecessary as the Chemiluminescent reaction takes place directly in the probe. This eliminates the problem of sample loss in tubes, gas coolers etc. The response time of the EZNOx® is very fast, due to the fact that there is no delay caused by sample transportation. The EZNOx® probe uses a closed loop sampling technique where the sample is vented back to the stack / exhaust after analysis. The probe only needs connection to the instrument's air and power. The EZNOx® probe is especially developed for harsh marine environments and is therefore made from non-corrosive materials to meet IMO NOx monitoring demands. EZNOX® MARINE APPLICATIONS
OXYGEN-MONITORING SYSTEMS: OXYTRON®, OEM-10 AND OXYGEN SENSORThe production of the OXYTRON® oxygen monitor started in 1979 and since then a continuous development of our oxygen monitoring product range has taken place. The OEM-10 is a high quality oxygen monitor designed for different OEM (Other Equipment Manufacturers) applications. The Oxygen sensor is a Zirconium-based sensor, which is the most rugged and easy to-use sensor. The monitor is a microprocessor-based unit that surveys all the oxygen sensor parameters and calculates the oxygen concentration from the Nernst equation. These oxygen-monitoring systems are used for combustion control and inert gas generating systems. OXYDAN® GAS DILUTION SYSTEMIn 1985 Instrumatic expanded further into the growing environment monitoring market with the OXYDAN® stack gas dilution system, which widened our initial market scope from power plants and combustion control to virtually any industry needing to monitor emissions of different exhaust / stack gases. The OXYDAN® compact analysers M1040/M1042 for NOx and M1050 for SO2, released in 1995, were further developments of the principle of extractive dilution sampling combined with Chemiluminescent and UV-Fluorescent detectors for said gases. These analysers are no longer in Instrumatic's product range and are today replaced by the new COMBI 2000" analyser. COMBI 2000" - MULTI-GAS CONTINUOUS EMISSION MONITORINGThe new COMBI 2000 is based on more than 20 years of experience in analysing techniques, based on the above-mentioned, proven and approved analysing methods of detecting UV-Fluorescent (SO2), Chemiluminescent (NOX) and Zirconium Dioxide (O2). Its state-of-the-art combination makes it the world's first and only multi-gas analyser based on these detection methods, suitable for many different applications. Based on continuous research and development, OXYDAN® represents the most accurate, reliable and sophisticated system for continuous emission monitoring on the market today. OXYDAN® is designed for exhaust gas monitoring for NOX, SOX and O2.
