IOP Marine A/S – Obel-P-Products (formerly Ib Obel Pedersen A/S) is one of the leading suppliers of pneumatic / hydraulic fuel injector test solutions (VPUs) and hydraulic power supplies (HPUs) for 2- / 4-stroke engines. HPU SERIES: PORTABLE HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS – POWER PACKS FOR ALL HYDRAULIC TOOLS

HPUs are reliable portable pneumatic / hydraulic power supplies for use in workshops, on ships, in factories and at power plants. With an IOP Marine unit you get state-of-the-art performance.

• Hydraulic pressure up to 3,500bar @ 7bar air inlet pressure
• Flow rates up to 1.9l/min
• Adjustable maximum outlet pressure for tool protection
• Back-up hand power optional

Apart from operation of standard tools, the largest power packs can also be used for floating of camshafts and opening of SKF couplings.

IOP Marine HPUs are approved and recommended by MAN B&W Diesel A/S and Wärtsilä Switzerland Ltd for a range of 2- / 4-stroke diesel engines.

VPU SERIES: PRESSURE TESTING AND SETTING OF FUEL INJECTORS AND SAFETY VALVES

VPUs provide quick and reliable testing of 2- / 4-stroke diesel engine fuel valves and safety valves with air-powered test rigs – no more need for hand pumps! VPU units verify main / auxiliary / emergency engine fuel injectors and safety valves prior to insertion in the engine, after a certain amount of running hours or after renovation. The test rig can be used to:

• Determine fuel injector opening pressure
• Verify that all seals and o-rings are tight
• Check that fuel injector nozzle is not leaking
• Continuous opening for verification of nozzle spray pattern, etc
• Fuel injector back leakage (how worn is the injector)

Our VPUs are under continuous development. This has led to development of the "IOP SafeTest Technology" (patent pending) - the ONLY approved solution for correct pressure-testing of MAN B&W slide valves.

IOP Marine VPUs are approved and recommended by MAN B&W Diesel A/S for all 2- / 4-stroke engines.

Note: One VPU unit can test fuel injectors and safety valves from main, auxiliary and emergency engines!
