New Heat Exchanger Products to Add to Our Charge Air Cooler Range

Vestas aircoil a/s, long known for their expertise in the design and manufacture of charge air coolers, has recently moved into other areas of the Heat Exchanger market. This has partly been prompted by customers repeatedly asking: ”Do you supply other heat exchanger products and services?”
From February 2005 the answer was "Yes!"
We are pleased to announce that Mr Ken Harkness has joined Vestas to head up this new venture. Ken has many years experience in the industry and will provide our clients with the same level of service that they have become used too with our CHARGE AIR COOLER range of products.
The new services include, but are not restricted to:
ON-BOARD RETUBING SERVICES
Supply of materials and / or labour to carry out the fitting of tubes, tube plates, baffles etc. as required – worldwide.
Applications include Main Steam Condensers, Lub Oil Coolers, Cargo Heaters, Refrigerant Condensers, etc.
We have some of the most up to date equipment and an experienced team of engineers which guarantees quality work at competitive prices.
PLATE COOLERS(PHE)
Most types of plate coolers and their associated plates and gaskets can be supplied, often at considerable savings in time and money when compared to the OE product. Crack detecting and cleaning of plates is also offered in the UK, Germany and the USA.
SHELL AND TUBE EXCHANGERS
All aspects of work can be carried out: from cleaning, re-tubing to design and build. This includes LO & FW coolers and refrigerant condensers, to name but a few.
EMERGENCY GENERATOR RADIATORS
Often a forgotten product in the heat
exchanger market but when they need to be replaced, it is often difficult to get the right product, at the right price – quickly. We can solve the problem with a mixture of new units, new cores or re-designed units if required.
High quality, fully tinned blocks with heavy duty tubes can also be supplied.
A/C COILS
Complete design and manufacturing service of heating, cooling and DX refrigerant coils. These can be made with aluminium or copper fins or fully tinned copper fins for arduous duties.
TUBES AND SPARE PARTS
Being purchasers of many tonnes of tube for our charge air cooler business, we are able to obtain competitive prices from our suppliers for non-ferrous tubes. We can also supply non-ferrous tube plates (plain or drilled) and other items such as baffles, etc.
OIL COOLERS
We offer quick replacement coolers using details taken from either the existing equipment or drawings.
