HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

Our AN series of one-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps covers a wide variety of hydraulic performances. These horizontal centrifugal pumps are highly efficient, provide low NPSH and run silently.

HORIZONTAL SIDE-CHANNEL PUMPS

SP series pumps are self-primed horizontal side-channel pumps, or liquid ring pumps, designed to separate air and liquid from emulsion. These self-primed pumps have a high priming-capacity, and multi-stage design enables single or multi-stage assembly.

Azcue's SP side-channel pumps achieve high discharge-pressures at low rotation-speed using fewer stages than multi-stage centrifugal pumps, and are thus more economical in operation.

POSITIVE-DISPLACEMENT PUMPS

BT series pumps are self-priming, positive-displacement spindle or screw pumps. This type of Azcue pump is coupled to flexible couplings and driven normally by electric motors. They can also be driven by petrol, diesel, pneumatic or hydraulic motors.

This pumping design and construction enables noiseless fluid-handling without pressure pulsations and turbulence. BT self-priming, positive-displacement spindle or screw pumps can therefore rotate at high-speed whilst maintaining high reliability.

VERTICAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

The design of our CM-VM series of one-stage vertical centrifugal pumps enables their application on services where lack of space is a difficulty. These vertical in-line centrifugal pumps can be assembled on straight pipelines.

The pumps' inner parts – such as their impellers, mechanical seals, ball bearings, wear rings, etc. – are easily accessible without any need for suction or removal of the discharge pipe.

VORTEX AND BREAKER PUMPS

Azcue's VRX-BTR series of vortex and breaker pumps can handle liquids with high solid-content. The pumping action is produced by the impeller vanes' rotation, causing vortex or turbulence.

General pumping applications for these vortex and breaker pumps include seawater with fish waste in fishing vessels; black water; sewage; and water with solids suspended within it (such as sand and other solid wastes).

SELF-PRIMING CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

Our self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed for marine drainage, dirty water, engine raw-water and emergency fire-fighting. The advantage of our CA series of close-coupled, self-priming centrifugal pumps is that they do not require any suction foot-valve. They also have a back pull-out design and a double-rotation sense possibility, and can be disassembled without pipe removal.
