Sauer & Sohn's product range has been completed recently by an ultra-modern 2-stage water-cooled compressor, comprising all the good virtues, a reliable compressor for shipping has to be provided with:

- direct drive over low-maintenance coupling
- standard IEC-norm motor
- reliable condensate separation even in the tropics by separator after every stage with automatic drainage
- Poor vibration by 180° crank pin disalignment and mass-balanced engine
- Compact design by in-line arrangement of the cylinders in a housing with integrated re-coolers
- Effective thermal insulation between parts leading cooling water and the crankcase
- Reliable centrifugal lubrication (no lubricating oil pump)
- Low oil consumption by optimized sealing between pistons and bushes
- Separately draw able "wet bushes" for optimal cooling
- Integrated centrifugal pump aggregate as an option
- Cooling tubes made of CuNiFe
- Temperature supervision as a standard for cooling
