Pneupa Nitrogen Systems - part of Pneumatic Partners, an internationally active company with expertise in nitrogen and compressed air technology systems - produces systems that can guarantee demands for nitrogen purity of up to 99.999%. To achieve this the business relies on intelligent membrane and PSA technology. Only high quality, standardised components are used in the manufacture of the nitrogen and compressed air technology systems. Long life, ease of operation and short maintenance and repair times are guaranteed. Marine Nitrogen starting air-system This system is purely for use on ships, the Nitrogen starting air-system produces nitrogen using a ship's starting air compressors. With a total capacity of up to 250m³/h, at a purity of 95%, this plant is a powerful and reliable partner on all oceans - at reduced purchase and maintenance costs. For the Nitrogen starting air-system only first class, standardised components are used. The plant is equipped with a powerful catalyser to protect the technology and the environment. Compact Nitrogen cabinet-system Nitrogen cabinet-system is the smallest and most compact system in the Pneupa range. It is constructed as a cabinet, and based on customer wishes it can be built to deliver a combined output of 200m³/h, 250m³/h or 300m³/h, as well as a degree of nitrogen purity of up to 99.5% (standard: 95%). The Nitrogen cabinet-system does not have its own compressor, and is thus ideal for all application areas where it can be used along with an existing external compressor. As a result of individual and detailed planning, as well as pre-construction by the manufacturer, the size and weight of the Nitrogen cabinet-system is precisely established prior to delivery. In this way, early forward planning of the site is made possible and subsequent emergencies are avoided. Nitrogen container-system Nitrogen container-system can deliver an output of 1,000m³/h combined with a degree of nitrogen purity of 95%. Using it, several rooms or a large number of containers can be provided with nitrogen simultaneously. Ideally, the technical installations are compactly integrated within a 40ft container that, if necessary, can be moved by crane. If the customer wishes, the purity of the nitrogen can be altered to reach a level of up to 99.5%. The Nitrogen container-system comes equipped with a catalyser as standard. This prolongs the lifespan of the membrane and provides more durable, improved protection than the standard filter normally available. Nitrogen huckepack-system - built-in nitrogen system This built-in nitrogen system for use on ships, as well as offshore, is planned and built with extreme attention to detail. Utility connections, size, weight and weight distribution are fixed prior to delivery, providing the customer with security of planning and cost-effective installation. The Nitrogen huckepack-system delivers a volume of 500m³/h with a degree of nitrogen purity of 95%. If required, the installation can be constructed so that a degree of purity of up to 99.5% can be attained. The compact installation - like all Pneupa systems - has a powerful catalyser that protects the environment and the membrane.
