Sumptech offers electric and hydraulic motor-driven submersible sand pumps for marine construction and dredging. They can be supplied in our own design as brand new products or a remanufactured Toyo pump. We provide full assistance with model selection, installation, operation, and after-sales support for maintenance and repairs.

Our hydraulic drive submersible sand pumps come in a range of sizes, including:

• 16in x 500HP – Capacity 2,400m3/hr
• 12in x 300HP – Capacity 1,200m3/hr
• 10in x 150HP – Capacity 800m3/hr

The latest addition to our pump range is the ability to attach and drive from a trackhoe type excavator using the trackhoe hydraulic system as motive drive power. Our design of flow divider and balance control valve permits operation of excavators and pump at proportional operational speeds using a single supply hose.

Dredge systems

We also offer full dredge systems; including hydraulic power packs / pontoon / barge / winches / Delivery hoses / Pipelines and Floatation collars. We normally have stock of Remanufactured Toyo submersible dredge pumps in range from size 12” model DP-200 to size 4” model DP15.

All pump models can be offered with options of water jetting ring and deep water compensator attachments.
