Aker Yards Turku has invested quite heavily in robotised welding during the last few years. In panel production they have very often chosen Pemamek’s patented Vision programming based solutions.
Vision has revolutionised the programming methods of robots and shown in practice how user-friendly and easy to learn it is. The solutions realised by Vision are also very flexible for different production needs.
PEMA VRWP-8000/1 WELDING PORTAL
The latest investment at Turku is the PEMA VRWP-8000/1 welding portal, which replaced the last off-line programmed robot station.
