PANEL PRODUCTION LINES FOR THE SHIPBUILDING INDUSTRY

TTS Handling Systems AS offers complete production systems for cutting, welding and assembly of steel sections. All TTS production lines utilize highly efficient integrated material handling systems in order to optimize the production process.

A track record of more than 60 Panel Production Line deliveries since 1997 has ensured constant product development. The TTS Solutions have in many cases been developed in co-operation with demanding customers, enabling TTS to build up a unique know-how of the technological challenges facing the industry's production area.

TTS production lines are customized according to each customer's steel throughput, cost and technology level. The lines range from efficient and reliable mechanised production lines to advanced and highly productive CIM production lines utilizing state-of-the-art robot technology.

TTS ROBOTICS

TTS Robotics is a family of products offering state-of-the-art technology for processing steel sections and profiles for shipyards, steel construction and the offshore industries.

ROBOT PROFILE AND BEAM CUTTING LINE

For processing of profiles and beams, TTS offers fully automated production facilities with integrated systems for handling and robotic cutting. A TTS Profile and Beam Cutting Line delivers consistent high quality cuts on all kinds of profiles and beams; such as flatbars, bulb profiles, angles, T-beams and U-channels.

TTS Interactive Macro Assignment™ for Cutting -CIMA™, is a PC-based software package used for off-line programming of profile parts. Through this user-friendly software, the required data is interactively fed into the system using production drawings or cutting lists. Customer-specific CAD interfaces can be supplied. The TTS Profile and Beam Cutting Line is a module-based system. The modules can be integrated to form a complete system, suitable for larger shipyards and the heavy steel industry, as well as smaller steel production facilities. Minimal installation and start-up-time is achieved through full scale testing of each cutting system before shipment to the customer.

ROBOT WELDING LINE

The TTS Welding Line uses industrial robots specialised for automatic welding of virtually any type of web and steel component.

TTS Interactive Macro Assignment™ for Welding - WIMA™, is a PC-based software used for off-line programming of the welding robots. Data input is based on production drawings or on a customer-specific CAD interface. The TTS Welding Line is a build-on system, with modules that can be integrated to form a complete system suitable for larger shipyards and heavy steel industry, as well as smaller steel production facilities. Minimal installation and start-up time is achieved through full-scale testing of each welding system before shipment to the customer.
