Justine Heeley, Chemring Marine’s Managing Director, has attended a prestigious ‘women in business’ meeting in London.
She is one of just nine women acclaimed by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers for “being at the top of their game” at the meeting in its London headquarters.

Justine was interviewed about her role at Chemring Marine, the world’s leading marine distress signal manufacturing company, had her picture taken and was able to talk to the other members about women in leadership.

Justine says, “It was a really positive meeting and we were able to exchange ideas and discuss leadership issues.”
