Den-Jet is a manufacturer of water jetting equipment that specialises in producing water blasters for the marine industry. Our equipment is produced in Denmark, but sold through our office in Singapore.

WATER BLASTING EQUIPMENT ADVANTAGES

Water blasting equipment provides fast and effective removal of deposits from most areas, including cargo holds, top-side tanks, decks, hatch covers, ballast tanks and pipes. Water blasting is the best method to prepare your surface for maintenance: in contrast, hammering and pneumatic tools damage the steel profile and knock salt further into the steel, while dry blasting creates hazardous air quality and disrupt other activities and creates large quantities of waste material.

Water blasting minimises waste, does not disrupt other activities, and removes salt and other residues on the surface, thus prolonging the coating's lifespan and leaving a clean surface.

On-voyage blasting provides a reduced docking time and less off-hiring days, therefore ensuring a higher profit. Water blasting provides a better-maintained vessel, thus ensuring the maximum charter-rate.

Den-Jet Marine's range of water-jetting equipment helps you provide the highest-possible level of maintenance for your vessels at a cost-effective price: besides our own water blasters, we also supply spare parts and accessories for other water blaster brands at very-competitive rates.

Den-Jet's machines range from 350bar to 1200bar working pressure and have various accessories (including rotating nozzles, wet-sand blasting attachments and different types of trigger guns).

We offer both mobile machines and fixed solutions, featuring pipe installation on deck with quick coupling connections.

CE20-350 WATER BLASTERS

The 50Hz version CE20-350 water blaster has a working pressure of 350bar or 5,075psi, a flow rate of 18L/min or 4.7gallons/min and a three-phase 400V supply.

The 60Hz water blaster has a working pressure of 350bar or 5,075psi, a flow rate of 23L/min or 6gallons/min and a three-phase 440V supply.

CE20-500 WATER BLASTERS

The CE20-500 water blaster's 50Hz version has a working pressure of 500bar or 7,250psi, a flow rate of 16L/min or 4.2gallons/min and a three-phase 400V supply.

The 60Hz water blaster has a working pressure of 500bar or 7,250psi, a flow rate of 16L/min or 4.2gallons/min and a three-phase 440V supply.

CE20 SERIES WATER BLASTING EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS

All these have a 20hp or 15kW electrical motor, amperage of 27A, dimensions of 1,100mm x 750mm x 860mm and weigh 290kg. They also have:

• 20m lightweight thermoplastic hose with ½in female swivel
• Built-in unloader / safety valve and filter system

CE40-550 WATER BLASTER

The 50Hz CE40-550 water blaster has a working pressure of 550bar or 7,975psi, a flow rate of 30L/min or 7.9gallons/min and a three-phase 400V supply.

The CE40-550 water blaster's 60Hz version's working pressure is 500bar or 7,250psi, and its flow rate 35L/min or 9.2gallons/min. It has a three-phase 440V supply.

CE40-750 WATER BLASTER

The CE40-750 water blaster's 50Hz model has a working pressure of 750bar or 10,875psi, a flow rate of 23L/min or 9gallons/min and a three-phase 400V supply.

The 60Hz version possesses a working pressure of 600bar or 8,700psi, a flow rate of 28L/min or 7.4gallons/min and a three-phase 440V supply.

CE40-800 WATER BLASTER

The CE40-800 water blaster has a 50Hz model with a working pressure of 800bar or 11,600psi, a flow rate of 18L/min or 4.7gallons/min and a three-phase 400V supply.

A 60Hz version of the CE40-800 water blaster is also available, with a working pressure of 800bar or 11,600psi, a flow rate of 22L/min or 5.8gallons/min and a three-phase 440V supply.

CE40-1250 WATER BLASTER

The 50Hz CE40-1250 water blaster has a working pressure of 1,250bar or 18,125psi, a flow rate of 13L/min or 3.4gallons/min and a three-phase 400V supply.

The CE40-1250 water blaster also comes in a 60Hz version, with a working pressure of 1,050bar or 15,225psi, a flow rate of 16L/min or 4.2gallons/min and a three-phase 440V supply.
