Gateway Energy Corporation has sold its offshore assets for $550,000.
The company has sold its Shipwreck System consisting of an offshore platform and related pipelines, primarily located in the Gulf of Mexico.
The company has also sold its Crystal Beach onshore facility to Impact Exploration & Production, for $200,000.
