Arënkha MSC is made using wild herrings caught by a sustainable fishery of Norway. After being lightly smoked, the herring undergoes a unique process inspired by some of the avant-garde cooking seen in Spain to turn it into delicious tiny glossy pearls. No
artificial additives, flavourings or preservatives are added in the process.
