ABB Turbocharging, Hyundai Global Service (HGS) and Hyundai Heavy Industries’ Engine & Machinery Division (HHI-EMD) have strengthened their partnership for turbocharger servicing.

The new agreement between the companies will help to enhance the efficiency and emissions performance of vessels.

ABB Turbocharging global service head Roland Schwarz said: “The strengthened relationship with HGS and HHI-EMD will enhance service options for customers of ABB turbochargers. Through dedicated offerings, leveraging our global network, and sharing data, we are supporting HGS to provide top-quality service for our products.”

According to the agreement, ABB Turbocharging will offer long-term maintenance and service to the customers of HGS.

In relation to the support, ABB Turbocharging will enable HGS to have access to its international network of turbocharging service stations.

Through the turbocharger service capability, HGS will be able to offer comprehensive services to its clients.
