Meyer Werft Confirms NCL Newbuild Order

Meyer Werft has secured a €1.2bn ($1.6bn) order to build two cruise ships for Norwegian Cruise Line. The cruise vessels will each weigh 143,500t and carry 4,000 passengers and crew. The cruise vessels will be built at Meyer Werft's Papenburg shipyard in North Germany

The cruise vessels will be built at Meyer Werft's Papenburg shipyard in North Germany and are scheduled for delivery in early 2013 and 2014.
