The FSRU is scheduled to be delivered by the first quarter of 2014.
According to the reports, the vessel will have a daily processing capacity of 22.5 million cubic metres of gas.
Petrobras is offering a 15-year time-charter deal on the new FSRU, which will be capable of emitting 20 million cubic metres a day of gas.
