Eitzen Chemical Cuts Fleet

Norway-based shipping company Eitzen Chemical is to sell four of its vessels for a total of $27m. The company has agreed to sell Siteam Anatas, Sichem Anne, Sichem Princess Marie Chantal and Sichem Provence for a “record loss" of $3m, the company said.

Eitzen Chemical is an industrial carrier of petrochemical and related cargos and owns and operates a fleet of 81 chemical and product tankers.
