Cuban shipowner Acemex is investing $280m in its fleet. The company said it is ordering ten handysize bulk carriers to be built at China's Shanghai Shipyard. The 35,000dwt vessels will cost the company $28m each, and are expected to be delivered between 2011 and 2013.
