Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) has signed a marine services agreement with the Port of Tacoma which will come into effect from July 2012.

Under the agreement, NYK’s vessels will call at the APM Terminals container facility on the port’s Sitcum Waterway.

Under the agreement, NYK says it will bring all NYK independently-operated container vessels bound for the Pacific Northwest to the APMT container facility at the Port of Tacoma.
