Stena Continues to Increase Suezmax Fleet

The 158,000dwt tanker is the seventh ordered recently by the company and is scheduled for delivery in December 2012.

The first six ships cost the Swedish shipowner $67.4m each, according to asiasis.com.

The vessels were designed with extra equipment on board to reduce operating costs by $2,500 a day compared with current Suezmax tankers.
