The construction work will be carried out jointly with BW Offshore, providing project management as well as engineering and technical guidance services.

The vessel is expected to leave the shipyard in Q2 2011 and will be deployed in the Campos Basin, offshore Brazil, on a 20-year lease to OGX Petróleo e Gás.
