Entertainment Cruises adds The Manhattan Elite yacht to fleet

Entertainment Cruises, a Chicago-based cruise company, has added a new yacht, The Manhattan Elite, to its fleet.

The vessel, which has been launched just in time for the upcoming holiday celebration season, is designed to meet the needs of a variety of corporate and social gatherings.

With two-levels of event space, The Manhattan Elite features a VIP and bridal suite, an indoor/outdoor lounge area and a large bar on the upper half of the ship.

The vessel can accommodate 75 guests for cocktail events and 68 for parties where guests are seated..

Other on board amenities include a large flat screen television, a fireplace, patio seating and two restrooms.

The yacht can be used for gala receptions, product launches, client and employee entertaining, corporate meetings, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.

Spirit Cruises vice president and general manager Christine Metivier said the company is "thrilled" to add the vessel to their fleet of harbour cruises, which expands their presence in the New York Metro area.

"It’s important for us to deliver inventive and unique experiences to area residents. The Manhattan Elite offers one of the most enjoyable and personalised New York experiences on the Hudson," Metivier added.

The Manhattan Elite joins the Entertainment Cruises fleet that includes Spirit of New York, Spirit of New Jersey, Bateaux New York, and Atlantica by Bateaux New York.

Established in 2006, Entertainment Cruises operates 24 ships that cruise through Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, Weehawken, Washington, and Norfolk.

The company’s brands include Spirit Cruises, Bateaux New York, Odyssey Cruises, Mystic Blue Cruises, Elite Yacht Charters and Seadog Cruises.
