Integrated subsea infrastructure services provider N-Sea Offshore has selected GAC Shipping UK as its agent for vessels operating in the North Sea for the oil and gas and renewable energy industries.

As per the deal, GAC will provide a range of support services for vessels chartered by N-Sea at UK ports.

GAC Shipping UK oil and gas general manager Steve Gibson said that GAC’s overall approach to delivering quality ship agency services, strong code of ethics, experienced staff and extensive national and global coverage were all contributing factors in securing the agreement with N-Sea.

"GAC’s range of shipping, logistics and marine services forms a total package of integrated solutions to support N-Sea’s operations, and we shall draw on our extensive oil and gas industry experience to help them achieve their goals in this highly demanding and competitive sector," Gibson said.

The first construction vessel to be handled under the contract will be at Montrose, in early April.
