A joint venture between DP World and the Algerian port authority will operate the port, now called DP World Djen Djen, in accordance with a 30-year operating concession signed last month.
DP World Djen Djen is located 350km east of Algiers and will be developed as a transshipment hub for the Western Mediterranean.
