Severn Trent De Nora said it will use Vinson Gavrel Group’s Ecolotron electrocoagulation reactor in the Omnipure Series 55 marine sanitation system design.

The UK marine water treatment firm said the system produces a sodium hypochlorite disinfection solution from seawater to treat all sewage.

The Omnipure Series 55 system uses a three-stage process to provide electrolytic treatment of black and gray water in accordance with industry standards and performance tests for sewage treatment plants.
