French shipping group Bourbon has sold seven Supramax bulk carriers for $227.5m on order at China’s Dayang Shipbuilding. Spar Shipping in Norway bought six 58,000dwt bulk carriers for $195m while Western Bulk brought one ship for $32.5m. The vessels will be delivered early in 2011

The vessels will be delivered early in 2011, reports lloydslist.com.
The group’s bulk shipping subsidiary Setaf Saget is expected to cancel two Panamax orders from India’s Pipavav Shipyard.
