Ukraine has received €38.6m ($48m) in financial assistance from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to upgrade its Illichivsk seaport.
The project includes the reconstruction of three existing berths, procurement of cargo-handling equipment and dredging works that will deepen the berth by 16m.
