Dong Energy’s subsidiary A2SEA has ordered a DKK820m ($139m) vessel from Cosco Shipyard Group specially designed for the installation of offshore wind turbines.
The Sea Installer will be able to carry between eight and ten wind turbines simultaneously and will operate at depths of up to 45m, Dong Energy said.
