Ispat Industries will invest $427m in the Indian port of Geetapuram, Maharashtra, to expand its capacity over the next two years.
The project includes adding eight extra cranes, increasing the port’s annual cargo handling capacity from six million tons to 40 million and lengthening the 400m quay to 1,700m.
