OceanSaver has signed a Nkr200m ($32m) contract to deliver two ballast water management (BWM) systems to Hyundai Heavy Industries.
The Norwegian company will supply two 2,500m3 BWM systems which can handle up to 10,000t of ballast water an hour.
The contract includes engineering, support and delivery, according to motorship.com.
The BWMs will be installed in ships ordered by Gungen, a Turkish owner and operator of Suezmax tankers.
