An oil tanker explosion has killed seven people and injured one at the Zhangjianqi shipyard in the Zhenhai District of Ningbo city in Zhejiang Province of China.
The blast occurred when the 300t ship, Xuyang 11, was being repaired at the shipyard.
The blast led to a fire that was extinguished after two and half hours by firefighters.
The injured person was rushed to hospital.
The cause of the explosion, which resulted in oil leak into the Yongjiang River, is under investigation.
According to the provincial maritime affairs bureau, the shipyard was closed and six ships were deployed to stop the leak.
