It provides live fleet intelligence, bunker recommendations, and market indicators through Imarex, enabling users to access relevant data when making decisions about fuel procurement.
The platform includes tools for managing enquiries, comparing supplier quotes, and selecting offers from within one interface.
A module for fuel testing and claims management has been incorporated into the system to facilitate compliance monitoring and cost recovery. StormGeo stated that a client using this module recovered over $60,000 in claims within five months of adoption.
The s-Insight platform is built for integration with third-party solutions such as IMOS, Imarex, and Sedna, as well as internal client systems.

This function is intended to reduce time spent gathering information from various sources and support operators in managing costs and efficiency.
Compatibility with existing StormGeo products allows users to manage voyage planning, performance measurement, emission controls, and commercial decision support through a unified digital environment.
StormGeo shipping vice president Petter Andersen said: “This launch marks an important milestone in our mission to help the maritime industry operate more efficiently and sustainably.
“By combining operational expertise with advanced data analytics, we’re giving shipping companies the tools to navigate a complex bunker market with confidence and clarity.”
