The first Arc 7 ice-classed LNG carrier can break its way through ice as thick as 2.1m.

The hull section is made of ultra-high strength special steel plates, which can withstand combat extreme polar temperatures of minus 52 degrees.

The vessel is propelled with Ford Pulsar Pro (POD Propulser) and three azimuth stern thrusters manufactured by ABB.

Internal and external hot-wire devices in the hull insulate the ship from cold bite.
