Featuring a hybrid propulsion system for increased operational flexibility and low fuel consumption, the vessel’s design has been optimised to meet the challenges and harsh Grand Banks conditions.

The vessel will also be incorporated with the latest technologies for safety of the crew and its operation. It is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2015.

In the past, Secunda has supported ExxonMobil Canada’s offshore operation support vessels in Atlantic Canada for nearly two decades.
