Mystic Cruises, an ocean cruise division of Portuguese financial services firm Mystic Invest, has partnered with Adonis AS (Adonis) to deploy its suite of solutions aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.
As part of the agreement, Mystic Cruises will deploy Adonis Maritime Suite to manage recruitment, crewing, payroll and crew self-service across its entire fleet of Expedition Cruise vessels.

The technology will be used for Mystic’s first ocean ship, MS World Explorer, which is planned for launch this year. The company has also unveiled plans to build two new vessels, the World Voyager and World Navigator.
Adonis delivery director Sigrid Kviteberg said: “We are honoured to partner with Mystic Cruises and look forward to providing their organisation with comprehensive HR support, allowing them to focus on making their tours of Antarctica such memorable experiences.

Mystic Cruises operations manager David Sagrista said that Adonis Maritime HR Suite offers expertise and flexibility for the company to ensure that it can do a better job at sea and in its corporate offices.
