With the JV, the companies, in partnership with the parent company of Tideworks, Carrix, and sister company SSA Marine, plan to provide solutions to help the cruise line sector to optimise and automate processes.

This will help in the rebuild from the economic slump and adapt to the new health and safety standards.

Carrix has extended its business to fulfil the changing industry requirements and the JV follows the investments to provide ‘exceptional service’ to customers and partners.

Tideworks president Thomas Rucker said: “We are eager to partner with Brenock to provide technology solutions to cruise lines and terminal operators to help them increase efficiency and save costs.
