Louisiana-headquartered liftboat operator in the Gulf of Mexico All Coast has named its new 250ft leg liftboat as Great White.

Designed and constructed by SEMCO, the liftboat has 175t leg mounted cranes with a large open deck area and is equipped with all the latest features such as a combination conference room and movie theatre and comfortable accommodations.

Featuring a self-elevating and self propelled, Great White has approximate 9,000ft² of deck area for cargo storages, a maximum deckload capacity of about 800,000lb for heavy equipment loads and can operate in a maximum working depth of 185ft of water.

The new lifeboat is capable of supporting various offshore activities and holds enough space to accommodate 50 people which includes private rooms.

The newest addition will be part of more than 250 liftboats that are currently operating in the Gulf of Mexico. All Coast provides liftboats ranging in size from the 105 class to the 250 class.
