"For more than a decade, on-load release hooks installed to enable lifeboats to be lowered into and retrieved from the water, have themselves been the cause of numerous accidents."

Viking CEO Henrik Uhd Christensen said: "For more than a decade, on-load release hooks installed to enable lifeboats to be lowered into and retrieved from the water, have themselves been the cause of numerous accidents.
