We are proud to announce that these course participants from Maersk have successfully completed the Basic and Advanced IGF Code Training and tailored Methanol Training at Aboa Mare.
This training program is designed to equip ship engineers and officers with the essential skills and knowledge to operate ships using gases or other low-flashpoint fuels in a safe and efficient manner.
Our training includes the necessary sea experience and two out of three required bunkerings for an advanced CoP. Additionally the training meets the standards set by STCW and IMO Model Courses for IGF Code training for ship officers. By completing this training, these course participants are now ready to take on the challenges and opportunities of the maritime industry in the era of green shipping on board their methanol fuelled ships.
