ABS has launched a suite of fleet management and vessel compliance services that will be powered by smart functionality and advanced analytics.

The services are also available via the new ABS App.

The suite of services is developed to predict client requirements and support informed decisions.

The smart functionality is an enhancement to the ABS MyFreedom client portal and is accessible via a mobile app or text.

The portal and the digital tools ease the access to operational, technical and compliance fleet intelligence and ABS Class services in order to manage the fleet’s operating health and performance.

The functionality includes the ABS Smart Scheduler, which uses real-time AIS data to ensure fleet compliance and is the only mobile survey booking tool in the industry.

Other aspects include the Custom Checklist, which provides a port-specific checklist for crew and fleet managers before it arrives at a port, and Fee Estimator, which compares the estimated survey fees at different ports.

The suite also features the Port State Control Risk that offers customised port state control analytics, International Safety Management (ISM) Findings and Port-Specific External Specialists.
